Strolling the Neighborhood

I'll be offline most of today, but I thought I'd point you towards some of my blogging pals.

Rob is out on an adventure I've mused about many a day. He's traveling from Tacoma, Washington back to Effingham County, Georgia in a hot rod Mustang with his very good friend (and a fine gentleman, if I say so myself) Recondo 32. What an incredible adventure. I'd love for them to pass through Arkansas on their way back so the three of us could catch up, but seeing as how Recondo wants to drive through Nebraska, I have my doubts (note: There are cornfields, flat land, lot of each, been there, visited the corn farmer cousins, flipped the three-wheeler...)

Sugarmama and her beau, Mr. S, have just returned from a trip to Manhattan and the Hamptons. Just head on over and keep scrolling to catch all the posts. I'm not sure if I'm jealous because of the dinner parties she attended at the Hampton's or relieved that I didn't go to any such extravaganzas. Regardless, the perspective of two good folks from Alabama among the East Coast elite is worth the read.

My blog-sis has been back from her hiatus for a bit now. I, being a terrible blog-brudda, have failed to note as much. Head over for your daily dose of Suburban Blight.

Stasia is giving up caffeine. 'Nuff said. Drop a few witty comments or emails to her to keep her awake.

Go see my pal Dax and learn all about how he's adjusting to Augusta, GA, after years in Atlanta.

Heck, I could list everyone, so just cruise the "Pardners" list and remember to tell them who sent ya!

.. I put Recondo32 and Georgia up at my house when they started this adventure... hopefully, they'll swing back by my area on their way back...
