June 25, 2004Well, Hello there....... mainly because Adam has a category called "Helping Folks Out", I just thought I'd join in... it seems that Adam has given myself and, a few others the keys to this naughty puppy.... so, I'm sure we will dig up something... hmmmm.... from a quick scan of the immediate area, there is no wonder he is the Single Guy... in the South... what a multi-colored wreck this place is... whoever told the boy that pink cushions were a subtle addition to tartan should be shot forthwith... preferrably in the groin area... where are the Fab 4 when you need'em, eh? .. and, while we're at it, what's with the Tiger Lily pattern wallpaper, man?... yeah, it suuuure matches the plaid couch and recliner... but, dayum.... this is just plain wrong.... ouch... looking at this crap makes me want a drink... ok.. so, where is the Scotch?... maybe it's in the kitchen... sheesh.. you'd think a Southern Gentleman would have a bar in his living room... ... what is this?... a 4X4 kitchen table?.. with only one chair?.. wow, he must never have guests over... still, I need a drink.... it has GOT to be around here somewhere...... ahhh.. there it is... the "liquor drawer".. most of us have a cabinet, but his bottles of nectar are in a single drawer.... that's just sad.... whoa!, what's this?.. holy crap, dude... there is nothing in here but Midori and Apple Pucker... sweet Lawd, Adam... what the hell were you thinking?... ... screw it, dude... I'll come back in the morning with a hip flask.... ... Southern Gentleman, indeed.. who does he think he is? an extra from an old Sex in the City episode?... buy Scotch, or suffer the consequences, kemosabee... tis the nature of things.. but, one word of advice.... I hope floating down the river is a blast... be sure to ask the herons, hellbenders, and catfish for interior design advice.... brown is the new black, after all... get with the friggin' program....
