However, it has become pretty clear to me that a number of folks just have not turned their 'ping' function on. WHy is that important? My blogroll lists the most recently updated blogs first. When you ping with a new post, blogrolling moves you up to the top of the list. So when I look at my blogroll, I can say, "Oh, So and so just updated, click, I'll take a look." Really, I may be lazy for asking everyone who is not pinging to ping, but geez, my blogroll is long and I don't have time to wade through the whole thing. So, I don't know what you heard about me, but can I get a P-I-N-G? (that last sentence is for Kelley--name that song? Heh.)
