September 05, 2003Eureka!Kate and I have discussed different ways to keep traffic up on weekends. She has started a few things on her blog. I, on the other hand, have found the easiest solution. Thanks Glenn! Yes, indeedley. I was kicking my sitemeter the other night, SURE it was broken. Posted by: Jett at September 6, 2003 09:44 PMCongrats. :-) Posted by: Jennifer at September 7, 2003 07:55 PMI started doing light posting on the weekends, and found my traffic crawling up. It's about training your audience. If they come back on Monday and see a bunch of posts, they might be tempted to check in on the weekends. Less people use their computers on the weekend, but there is far less competition. It has really affected my average to have 100 people on Saturday and Sunday Posted by: TheYeti at September 9, 2003 04:45 PMI noticed an increase this weekend by almost 60-70 people when I did a bunch of football posts on Sunday. I think it's just a coincidence though. Posted by: Ryan Waddell at September 10, 2003 07:42 AMbut you realize this doesn't preclude posting during the week, right??? :) Posted by: beth at September 10, 2003 11:12 AMPost a comment

Howdy!
Welcome to my humble little corner of the blogosphere! Not too many rules here--love your neighbor, go easy on the brews, and don't shoot the jukebox. Make yourself at home and remember Momma don't like for you to put your feet on the kitchen table.
