Poetry anyone?

Michele discusses a Dave Barry meme about a poetry contest. Here's the basics--

Wouldn't it be fun if a lot of people submitted poems using a Pen Name that began with "Freemont" and incorporating the phrase, "the dog ate mother's toes"? Then we all could search for poems written under the first name of "Freemont" -- currently, this blog is the only one -- and see how creative everybody was!

Alright I'm in with a poem about the Tucker Max v. Miss Vermont debacle.

A Tale of an 'Anti-ho' Ho

I once knew a girl who sewed.
She taught others not to be ho's.

Everything seemed fine for time,
Until she met a guy who knew lines.

She showed she could blow
With the best of the ho's.

And then was a hellion,
at a wedding reception.

The guy with the lines
wrote of their times.

And at last the 'anti-ho' ho
had all she could hold.

Her mommy and she took their claim
To a court who made decisions that were lame.

At first they were winning,
And line was made to stop spinning.

But justice prevailed and the yarn returned.
Which must have caused mommy and she to be consterned.

The guy with lines may be a dog,
and its sometimes sad reading his blog.

They tried hard, mommy and 'anti-ho' ho,
but in the end the dog ate mother's toe.
