Jen appreciated the the plug and then added this: "Adam (AKA The Single Southern Guy) is just so dang cute!" I wonder how she would have gotten that idea (maybe looking at someone's yahoo profile...?) In any case, it reminded me that I needed to edit said profile since the age and profession is inaccurate. Speaking of Jen, I found this interesting tidbit on her "Man" page under #7(for the uninitiated, her man page is a list of the qualities she seeks in the 'man' she is looking for): "I want to be in a kitchen, barefoot, pregnant, and cooking my man a meal." It caught my eye because I had always heard it described as "barefoot, pregnant, and out slopping the hogs." I guess that's what you get when your flagship university's mascot is a pig. Or then again, maybe the phrases mean the same thing....
